Returns and Refunds
At Rambaan Creation, we carefully check and pack every product before dispatch to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition.
Return Policy

We accept returns only in case the product is received damaged or defective.

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as:

Change of mind

Wrong size selected by the customer

Colour preference

Product not liked by the customer

Minor variation in colour due to screen/display settings

Any issue caused after the product has been used or washed

Damaged or Defective Product
​
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To raise a return request, the customer must provide:

Order number

Clear photographs of the damaged/defective product

Unboxing video, if available

Images of the packaging and shipping label

Our team will review the complaint and, if the issue is found to be genuine, we may arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Product Condition
​
The product must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Products that have been washed, altered, stained, damaged after delivery or used by the customer may not be eligible for return.

Refund
​
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed for an approved damaged or defective product.
The refund will generally be made to the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment gateway/banking processing time.

Important Note
​
Customers are requested to check the package and product carefully immediately after delivery. Any damage or defect should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Rambaan Creation reserves the right to verify the reported issue before approving a return or refund.
